Purposes of data processing.

ITG will process the personal data of web users in order to respond and address queries or questions raised by the user through the contact form.

The legal basis of the treatment is, in any case, the user’s consent, which will be obtained before sending the corresponding contact form.

ITG’s legitimate interest in processing is to respond to the queries that users send through the forms, and to manage the different requests or services available through the website.

User rights

Completing and sending the different contact forms is voluntary. The personal data you provide us are incorporated and will be processed in the files owned by ITG for the aforementioned purposes of responding to the user’s different requests.

  • With respect to the personal data that you provide us, you can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of your processing, opposition and portability of your personal data.

In both cases you must identify yourself with your name and surname, as well as reference the right exercised, in addition to accompanying the communication with a copy of your DNI or national ID.
